Lunenburg Doc Fest invites youth ages 11-18 to participate in creating a documentary film based on a topic that relates to Lunenburg during a weekend workshop led by Tim Reeves-Horton of LighthouseNOW. This is a chance to tap into imagination, unleash creativity and share an original story.

A tour of the Fisheries Museum of the Atlantic on September 6th will enable students to research and brainstorm a topic of interest. Students will then work together to film and edit their documentary on the mornings of September 13th and 14st. The final product will be screened at The Pearl Theatre on September 21st!

The workshop is free to all participants, however there are only 12 spaces available. Please print and complete both the Registration and Consent forms then mail them to Lunenburg Doc Fest, Box 1951, Lunenburg, NS B0J 2C0. Registration will be open until September 1st, on a first come first served basis.

To download Registration form and Parent/Guardian Consent form go to the Youth Workshop page.
