The Lunenburg Doc Fest team extends our heartfelt thanks to the community, audience, and partners who made our 10th annual festival a success! We were delighted to reconnect with fellow film enthusiasts on-site, and welcome back that much-missed “festival feel”. A special thank you to the loyal supporters who join us every year— we wouldn’t be here without you.
As we wrap 2023 and welcome a new year, we hope you enjoy a time of peace, relaxation and reconnection with loved ones throughout the holiday season.

Lunenburg Doc Fest’s mission is to entertain, educate, and inspire by showcasing the documentary art form and creating a cultural connection between audiences and artists in the UNESCO World Heritage site of Lunenburg, Nova Scotia.
Donate to Lunenburg Doc Fest to support our mission and help the festival continue to present compelling documentaries for all ages, unique community events, and free educational opportunities for youth, seniors and filmmakers.
